FEES & MEDICAL INSURANCE PROVIDER DETAILS

Patients who wish to have gait analysis through their private medical insurance cover should contact our Centre initially for further information.  Only assessment A, B and C are recognised by most private insurance companies because they represent quantitative diagnostic gait analysis leading to a range of possible treatment recommendations. Please note that private medical insurance companies will not generally fund medical appliances such as orthoses, splints or braces or any of the stages that are required for the manufacture of such devices. If you require or wish to have a specific test on an orthotic device or other medical appliance then The Centre will recommend that you self-fund assessment “F” but please contact us to discuss this further.
